Who do you use to ship your orders?
For most of our greater London deliveries we use our own fleet of vans and staff drivers. This enables us to provide the best possible delivery service throughout the capital, including an optional same-day service and pick-up / drop-off of equipment for service / repair.
For UK mainland deliveries outside London we use DPD and we use DHL for europe and worldwide.
When will my order be shipped?
Where an item is in stock and ordered on a working day before 12pm, it is normally dispatched that day for delivery during the next working day. Deliveries can be any time up to 6pm, although most deliveries are made before 1pm. If you need a timed AM delivery then this can be selected for an additional charge. If you require your in stock products to be shipped before the out of stock items, please select "part ship" in the checkout.
Will I receive email and text updates?
We always like to keep you up-to-date with the status of your order. We will only use your email for order status changes
and we will not use it for marketing material unless you have asked us too. We will ask you to provide your mobile
no. at the end of the checkout process, this will only be used by the delivery vendor to send you updates when your
order is out for delivery.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes, but we might request additional documents to verify your identity.
Can I place an order and collect it from one of your branches?
We might be able to arrange a collection, but please call us before placing an order on the website. If the order was paid online using a credit/debit card we must deliver it to the card address and it cannot be collected.
Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?
Yes, you will be required to sign for delivery.
