How can I use financing during my check out

Finance would normally appear as a payment option during the checkout phase, also products approved for financing will have information about it on product page. If it is not appearing it would suggest that this order or product does not qualify for finance.
Financing options are based on where do you order to, what type of product are you purchasing, how much it costs.

How soon will I get my goods?

Any orders placed before 12 noon that can be fulfilled from stock will usually be despatched on the SAME DAY. For orders placed after 12 noon, despatch is more likely to take place on the NEXT WORKING DAY (we’ll be quicker than that if we can).
Whilst the majority of items we supply are held in stock, the specialist nature and/or high value of certain items means that it is not always practical or possible to stock every item. However, in most cases we are able to process even special order items very quickly - usually within a few days. As a general rule, multi-item orders will be despatched as one delivery, which sometimes means waiting a few days for special order items to arrive into stock. My item is not in stock, I've chosen next day delivery, when will I receive my item?

Where an item is not physically in stock the actual delivery time will be extended by the lead time for the product in question. Your order will be dispatched when all individual items become available - as one shipment. Consider placing multiple orders for faster deliveries.

What does 'next day' delivery mean?

At CVP we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in the interest of clarity please note that 'next day' is defined as the next working day (ie: excluding weekends, UK bank holidays and public holidays).

What is the cut off time for next day delivery?

Orders placed and security cleared* before 12:00 where all items are in stock will normally** be dispatched on the same business day for ultimate delivery according to the shipping method selected. Due to unforeseen circumstances, on some occasions same day dispatch may not be possible. In this event we will always do our utmost to keep you fully informed of any delay imposed.

Where do I enter my company VAT-number to get the taxes of?

You will be asked for your VAT number in "Summary" stage of the checkout. After your VAT number is validated with VIES service the VAT will be removed from your order.

Why have I not received all of my order?
