Ordered 1.6K worth of equipment on 6th Feb, 1 item of 9 arrived on the 12th after I had been told that the complete order had been shipped.
Following this there were 5 phone calls from myself to CVP, each time I was told the same thing 'your order has been picked and packed, will be sent tomorrow, we are having trouble with a new system.'
There was something a bit odd with the tracking details on the DPD website, I phoned up, and then sent screen shots of the tracking page, but no one replied.
All in all CVP ignored 3 emails, and the 5 phone calls (6th one today to cancel the order) were a waste of time, I wonder if I hadn't have cancelled order today (which I did an hour ago, still waiting for email confirmation) or hadn't followed up each the package didn't arrive if CVP would have noticed a problem.
Each time I've phoned up the staff have been polite, but unable to give me any useful information which isn't much use.
I would avoid this company at all costs, yes they are cheaper than some other places, but that comes at a the determent of customer service and updates to orders.
