I ordered a Sony Memory Recording unit, with some 32gig 60mb/sec memory CF cards.
I used the CVP facebook wall initially for customer service assistance, just by chance, but never the less, I got the help that led me to order the goods, some $1500 worth of stuff, from the other side of the world.
No doubt, I was completly worried about the transaction, will I get it, are they legit, will it get lost ? Customs issues ?
Well - 5 days later, and BANG !!!! Right there my item comes into my country, checks thorough Customs, I paid the tax as you have to, and the goods were with me the next day.
Sorry - but if that's not good service, I have got no idea at all what is ? I was amazed and the ease of this all.
Like I say, why shop locally when you can get all the info you need, from people who actually know what they are doing from their front line customer service staff, sales support, billing to delivery.
Awesome show guys, will for sure be back to order another one - soon......
